Joel Oster is the Comedian of Law. Being a lawyer and a podcaster, he has observed the legal system and has seen things that can never be unseen. Like a naked great-uncle drying himself with a blow dryer during a family reunion, he has observed things that just need to be shared. Joel has been entertaining audiences across America with these stories, performing at conventions and conferences across from the Loews in Coronado, California, to the Hard Rock Hotel in Miami, Florida.

Joel brings the rare combination of legal and comedic chops. He has been lead on cases that ended up before the United States Supreme Court. He also has made college students laugh in sleazy night clubs.

The Presumed Funny comedy tour is the best, and worst of what Joel has seen. And it exposes the legal system for what it really is – late night fodder.
